Who we are

Formway US LLC (EIN 36-5094053) is an immigration document preparation company, registered in Sheridan, Wyoming. We are not a law firm.

What we do

We provide technical, administrative, and translation assistance to prepare forms and evidence for immigration cases with USCIS and other agencies. We do not represent clients before USCIS, an immigration court, or any court, and we do not provide legal advice or determine whether a case legally qualifies for an immigration benefit.

Service agreement

All work we do for a client is governed by a service agreement signed by both parties, in the client's language, detailing the exact scope of work and the agreed fee.
